The purposes of processing personal data in connection with the creation of a personal account on the website are:

• to identify the user, create a personal account for the user, enable secure login to the user account (based on (i) user’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of GDPR) as long as the user has not submitted a request for the service; (ii) performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of GDPR) if the user has applied for the service);

• to manage user relationship (based on performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of GDPR);

• to assist the user in using the account (based on legitimate interest in providing the best customer service (Art. 6(1)(f) of GDPR);

The purpose for processing personal data in connection with requesting the service and to enable use of the service is to respond to inquiries from authorities, including courts, enforcement agents, trustees in bankruptcy, tax officials and investigative authorities. Legal basis for processing such personal data is to comply with the obligations provided by the law (Art. 6(1)(c) of GDPR).

Pursuant to § 12(2) of the Accounting Act accounting ledgers, journals, contracts, financial statements, reports and other business documents which are necessary for reconstructing business transactions during audits shall be preserved by the accounting entity for seven years.

Disclosure of Information

In this context, wix.com and brevo.com act as Transcre8’s data processors. Accordingly, your personal data may be transferred to wix.com in Israel and to brevo.com in France. The transfer of your data to Israel is carried out on the basis of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Article 46 GDPR.

In addition, we may disclose personal data where required by law to public authorities (e.g., supervisory authorities, courts, enforcement agencies, police, or the prosecutor’s office). We may also share personal data with Transcre8’s professional advisers (e.g., auditors, legal counsel) and with business partners who provide services to Transcre8 in connection with our Publishing Services.

All such disclosures are strictly limited to the minimum amount of data necessary to achieve the relevant purpose.
